Nomination for Awards
The following bodies have the right to nominate applicants for awards:
  1. OICC members.
  2. Universities, Institutes and Research Centers in Islamic world.
  1. Islamic Unions and Vocational Associations in Islamic world.
  2. Organizations and Institutions in Islamic world.
  • Nomination should meet the award’s conditions. (Click here to download Nomination Conditions)
  • The aforementioned bodies are requested to prepare the nomination documents, including the required copies of book or project or scientific research, relevant documents, details, photographs, plans, designs, curriculum vitae, and scientific achievement of the nominee, in addition to their opinions and justifications for nomination.
  • Documents should be submitted to the member capital or city, with a view to be sent in the due date to the Organization’s General Secretariat, attached with opinions and justifications regarding the nomination.
Awards
  • The winner (or winners) of the first awards will be granted ten thousands USD or its equivalent, in addition to OICC’s shield and certificate of recognition, and if there are more than one winner of the first awards, the value of the prize will be equally divided between them.
  • The winner (or winners) of the second awards will be granted OICC’s shield and certificate of recognition.
  • If the winner of each branch of the awards is one of governmental authorities, municipalities, governorates, owner or contractor will be granted OICC’s shield and certificate of recognition.
  • OICC will cover the cost of travel tickets of winners to receive their awards, and the capital or the city that will host the activities of the General Conference will cover their accommodation expenses.

The deadline for receiving the nominations by OICC General Secretariat in the city of Jeddah is: Midday of Monday 16 July 2012 corresponding to 26 Sha'ban 1433 H.
